2015 Spring Hair Trends at Bella Salon!

Do you want to change up your look for spring and summer? With warmer weather, now is the perfect time to change your look! While some hairstyles may require a lot of maintenance, hair experts, such as Kim Terrell from the Bella Salon in Covington, is suggesting, “low maintenance is the way to go.”

In fact, according to Harpers Bazaar, long hair is back in style this spring. Long bobs, also referred to as ‘lobs,’ and bobs, were previously the trend before longer hair styles took over this spring. However, the times are changing and so are the most popular hairstyles! If you are currently sporting a lob or bob and are looking to change your hair, Haute Living, along with the Bella Salon, has some advice for you.

Haute Living suggests turning your bob into a ‘rock and roll’ pixie, a shorter cut that encourages long, messy bangs. If you want to continue growing out your bob, turn it into a texture long bob. If you have longer hair already, embrace the beach waves look and the center-part that has slowly been making a comeback into fashion since last year.

It seems that many style outlets are embracing the ‘natural’ look this spring. In fact, hairstyles that seem to be “thrown together” are being the most praised as well as more natural colors. Kim, from the Bella Salon, in Covington, is excited to see the trends of hair changing but wants to remind everyone who is looking for a new hairstyle this season, “Be as fashion forward as you dare. Try something new – live a little. But most importantly, do what makes you happy!”
