Covington Christmas Activities: Whoville

Covington Christmas Activities in Georgia are always a magical time of year! This Friday, December 5th, come experience the magic with us and see the Grinch, too! The Grinch will be at our Covington Christmas Activities from 6 to 9 pm on Friday and is a part of Christmas in Covington this year. Head to the Square this Friday night dressed as your favorite ‘Whoville’ character and hang out with the Grinch!

Make sure you and your family are dressed in your finest ‘Whoville’ outfit on Friday. The Square in Covington is being transformed into ‘Whoville’ and you’ll want to look your best! In order to transform Covington into ‘Whoville,’ we are going to need your help. Along with your best ‘Whoville’ outfit, be sure to bring along some ‘Whoville’ ornaments and decorations to decorate a tree in the Square for Christmas.

School groups, office staff and other organizations are also welcome to come participation in Covington’s Christmas transformation to ‘Whoville’ this Friday! The more “Who’s” we have, the better! There will even be opportunities to take a picture with the Grinch in your best ‘Whoville’ outfit. Then, you can turn your picture with the Grinch into a personalized t-shirt that you can hold onto forever.

Along with the ‘Whoville’ activities and the Grinch grumpily roaming around the Square, Covington will have local entertainment, a trackless train, an inflatable slide, and many other family-friendly attractions that will make for a very fun Friday night during the Christmas season. Be sure to skip dinner before you come, shops and restaurants will be open late! Hope to see you at the Square at 6 pm!
