Have You Registered for the 32nd Annual Fuzz Run Yet?


Have you signed up for the 32nd Annual Fuzz Run in Covington yet? This fun run gives you the opportunity to get outdoors and run for a great cause! Whether you want to run because of the cause or just because you love to run – we guarantee that you’ll have a fantastic time! The Covington Police Department is the sponsor of this exciting event and all proceeds will go to the Police Who Care Fund. Be sure to mark your calendars for Saturday, September 12th and join us for the cause!

Want to find a way to get your kids involved and outdoors? The Fuzz Run is the perfect opportunity to do so! This run is kid friendly in every aspect and your kids will love to be a part of it! In fact, the Covington Police Department is holding a 1 mile Fun Run just for the kids! It is $20 to sign children up for the Fun Run. The top three boys and the top three girls will also receive awards for the Fun Run.

Looking for a reward too? The Fuzz Run gives out cash awards! Every man and woman who takes 1st place in their age group will be awarded with a $100 cash prize. The cash prize winning age groups for the Fuzz Run begin with the 20 to 24 age group. Just like the Fun Run for the kids, it is only $20 to sign up for the Fuzz Run if you sign up now!

If you come down to Covington, Georgia and spend the night before the race, you can visit the pre-race expo! On Friday September 11th, you can pick up your packet early. The expo will be at the Conyers Street Gym from 8:00AM- 6:00PM. There will be vendors at the expo who will have displays and merchandise. Also if you come early you can spend the day exploring our very famous Hollywood of the South!

The 32nd Annual Fuzz Run will be a great time for everyone in your family – and all for a great cause, The Police Who Care Fund. Not only will the actual run be a fun time, checking out the historic city of Covington will be as well! We’ll be there to support the Covington Police Department on September 12th, will you be?
