Art Galleries in Newton County are definitely something you need to check out. The Heartscapes Art Gallery is first up. This gallery resides at 3400 Highway 212 in Covington, and should be on your to-do list for this week!

Local artists have their paintings and various works of art on display at Heartscape. This includes well-known local artist, as well as some students. The creative home décor that is displayed is as beautiful as it is awe-inspiring.

Kathy Cuiffi’s art is just one of the students work you will want to see while visiting this art gallery. This talented artist has studied beside Tom McNickles, Maria Lestyan, and Marc Chatov, from all across the United States.

Looking to create art, as well? Heartscapes Art Gallery offers classes, where you can even sell your art with co-signing your art pieces. Talk about one of the best Newton County art galleries!

Another great gallery is the Southern Heartland Gallery. Here is where you can let your creative-self shine with a workshop or class. They even host a community paint party every Tuesday evening. Even better, this party is free of charge and loads of fun!

Saturday’s are left open to the many different workshops Southern Heartland Gallery offers, while there are ongoing classes held weekly. You can try your hand at anything from drawing, oil, watercolors, and pastels!

There is even a “Just Paint on the Square” class, where professionals will help you evolve your creativity and develop it into a masterpiece! Supplies are provided for you, so bring a friend and let the fun begin at Newton’s best art galleries!
