Last Friday, March 10th, fans and True Fanpires gathered in Forever Mystic Falls to say goodbye to The Vampire Diaries. Over 3,000 of the greatest fans on Earth came to Founder’s Day. They took part in tours, free concerts, Miss Mystic Falls, and other amazing events, in spectacular style.

Instead, we’re looking for a place to rest our heads, after that epic night! If you still need to get your Vampire Diaries fix and are also in need of a little rest and relaxation, then there’s no better place than Twelve Oaks Bed and Breakfast, right in the heart of Covington. Twelve Oaks is one of the most recognizable structures in Mystic Falls. It was even featured in an episode of The Vampire Diaries, entitled ‘Memory Lane’. To commemorate that filming, Twelve Oaks designed a room that’s pure Salvatore: The Salvatore Suite.

The Salvatore Study was once the study of the original plantation home. Owners Nicole and John Munn kept the original bookshelves but transformed the rest into a sumptuous first-floor suite. The large room comes complete with a queen-sized bed, the original 19th century tiled bathroom, and a remote controlled fireplace. Fans can sleep away their finale blues in Salvatore style, all at Twelve Oaks.

So, whenever you’re missing Mystic Falls, just remember there is always a place to relive the memories; Covington, Georgia!
