Another great Covington course is the Ashton Hills Golf Club. Ashton Hills Golf Club is one of the elite courses in the state of Georgia. Located in Covington, Georgia, it is the only course in the East Atlanta area that was designed by Desmond Muirhead, the world-famous golf course architect. The Ashton Hills golf course is challenging to all levels of golfer and showcases some incredible scenic views! Ashton Hills opened in 1997, and was instantly voted Atlanta's Best New Course by the Georgia Golf News. Not only does Ashton Hills also offers superb amenities also including a large practice range and putting green as well as great food. After playing your round, try a fabulous meal at the Village Grille.
