Things to do in Covington: Candlelight Christmas Tour


Picture7Everyone is always looking for new things to do in Covington GA, a great event that you can take place in is the Candlelight Christmas Tour on December 7, 2013. The Candlelight Christmas Tour is hosted by Satsuki Garden Club, and it showcases six different homes. Five of these homes are located in Covington, but one of the homes is located in Oxford, GA, which is only short distance outside of Covington. The fourth home on the Candlelight Christmas Tour, is the Wagner’s home, which is a home that is full of Southern Charm.  The moment that you see the house you are hit with Southern Charm, with the front porch, multiple French doors, arched dormers and shutters. This home has an open floor plan and bright décor, that will make you feel welcome and at home.  The family room spacious with a stacked stone fireplace and a 16’ coffered ceiling that opens to the second story. As you move up-stairs you come across three bedrooms and a kids’ getaway.  The basement is there the rest of the family will find their getaway rooms, because it is equipped with a casual retreat with billiards, a gym, and a sports-watching area.
